It is a thoroughly modern interpretation of a direct oceanfront beach house, designed to be light and airy, with high ceilings, open living areas and easy transitions from inside to outside. The villa, with approximately 350 sq.m of gross area, has three substantial bedrooms, all with fantastic views of the beach and bay and access onto balcony/terrace areas.
