Plating solutions;
Tumbling Soap
. For normal cleaning dilute 20-40 ml per 1 L and tumble for 50 minutes.

Ultrasonic
Low alkaline liquid detergent, over 90% biodegradable, is use for ultrasonic machine. It is very effective in removing polishing paste and oil and grease contaminants. It is specifically formulated for various metals including gold, silver, brass and cupper, iron, etc. This product can be used in various industries.
Degreasing
Degreasing powder is electrolytic product and is designed to withstand high metallic contamination. This is used for any kind of metal treatments for both manual as well as automatic plating lines.
After the degreasing we suggest an acid activation. This is strongly recommended after the degreasing. This step is to make the piece ready for the electroplating.

Sulfuric acid, Lab grade
This is being used for activation of the metal surface. You need to have 5% sulphuric acid solution. Remember always add the acid to water not water to the acid. And also be careful when adding the acid to water, it will generate a strong fume and heat. This need to be done under the fume hood .

Rhodium;
“Zero” Ultra rhodium, the new generation
“Zero” is a new generation Rhodium plating solution featured in low cost and user-friendly operation, high speed and trouble-free technology.
It is characterized by the low cost & easy operation with high deposition rate and good throwing power. The high range of operating parameter makes this product a very good alternative to your existing bath with an upgrade in the final Rhodium deposit. There will be no change to your production sequence and parameter if changing to Zero but the following parameter is provided for best result.

Palladium,
Solution has deposits white bright, pure palladium coating with decorative up to 0.5 micron thickness, low palladium contents consist of high hardness with good corrosion and tarnish resistance. It is a weakly alkaline (ammonia) provided the high deposition speed within a wide operating range of current density.
Palladium plated has suitable for cost saving at under layer of rhodium plate.
Platinum,
Platinum solution is used for deposition smooth and ultra brilliant light color, coating thickness of 1 micron. It is a wide operating ranges with low platinum contents, characteristic solution bath are strongly acid that suitable for rack and barrel.
Solution easy to operate as same as rhodium plate which can be a final layer. Coating had very good high hardness with good corrosion and tarnish resistance even flash plating.

Nickel free, bronze
White
The diamagnetic alloy composition is Copper, Tin and Zinc which rack electrolyte for decorative application, simple bath maintenance with high layer hardness and reflectivity (white color), good wear and corrosion protection as minimum thickness 2 micron and correspond to the values of electroplated nickel deposits.
Its fields of application comprise the decorative field (jewelry, perfumery articles, bathroom fittings etc.) particularly the use as an alterative to nickel to avoid nickel allergies. Bronze solution is excellent of metal distribution with suitable very good intermediate layer.
Yellow
The deposition capacity of electrolyte ranges from alternative slightly bright to brilliant, very good covering power, metal distribution and good leveling characteristics which preferably for undercoating thickness up to 20 micron.
The yellow color coating can be directly deposition on copper and brass, other non precious metals must be pre copper plated. The electrolyte is particularly suitable for the decorative deposition of undercoats prior to subsequent gold plating that thickness of gold plated should be minimum 0.2 micron to safely prevent signs of diffusion.

Silver electroforming,
Silver electroforming process is the formation of layers of sterling silver over a mold of resin (similar to plastic) or wax. This method allows the creation of beautifully designed sterling silver sculpture and silverware with stunning detail in any shape or size without the heavy weight and cost that is typical to conventional solid sterling silver. This process take between 10-12 hours depending what will the desired silver thickness.

Oven
Air forced compact oven is needed to do the enamel process. It is specially helpful for mass production. It keeps a constant temperature during curing process of the enamel. It comes with a Timer, temperature control, adjustable speed rotational rod and internal lighting for easy viewing. This oven can be used for both simple and patterned enamels.
Dispenser
The Dispenser device is being used for even application of enamels. It operates by air compressor at 1-3 bars. This device comes with an adjustable air control knob for easy monitoring of air flow. This can be monitored by a pressure gauge display.
Syringe and needles
For an even application of the enamel one needs to use syringe and needles. IntelliChems offers various sizes of the needles and syringes. This depends on the application and surface area which enamels needs to be applied on.
